PERFORMANCE NUTRITION PROGRAMME
Goal: Take your performance to the next level and develop lean functional muscle.
Performance Nutrition Programme is all about making you feel stronger and fitter in the gym. The majority of people don’t realise that they are under-eating. That feeling of hitting a wall during a workout or no steam left in their legs during squats can be directly related to not fueling correctly.
There is also a massive correlation between injuries and poor nutrition.
Our performance nutrition programme is about coming up with personalised solutions for you to fix this.
FLEXIBLE FAT LOSS PROGRAMME
This is a slightly more advanced Nutrition programme than the Kick Start programme. Still focusing on healthy habits, we take a more in-depth approach and start to educate you on the concept of Flexible eating or otherwise known as “If it fits your macros”.
This programme is designed specifically to produce a healthy and sustainable level of fat loss.
You will work with a coach that will guide you through the process that could be complicated and confusing if you tried to figure it out yourself.
