    This place is the bomb, I first walked in not knowing anyone or even much about crossfit and Zak, Meg and the rest of the crew made me feel welcome like a family member. I’ve been hitting the 4:30pm classes which are generally busy times and the trainers still manage to prompt everyone individually on things they can improve on, what they’re doing well at etc. Bottom line is this place is awesome and you should try it!

    So fun! I feel much stronger after doing just a few classes. And there's no pressure, they even offer the renegade fitness classes if you are not as into Crossfit and the fitness classes are equally as tough! Very accommodating, friendly and experienced staff!
