BUILD

Build Class is a slower pace of moving than CrossFit & Functional Class. In build class, we are primarily focusing on getting you stronger and building lean muscle. In Build classes, there is a massive focus on teaching you to move safely and efficiently, it’s great if you’re recovering from any form of injury, too. In build classes, the focus is on building lean muscle and this is going to be a very effective way to help you burn fat.

    This place is the bomb, I first walked in not knowing anyone or even much about crossfit and Zak, Meg and the rest of the crew made me feel welcome like a family member. I’ve been hitting the 4:30pm classes which are generally busy times and the trainers still manage to prompt everyone individually on things they can improve on, what they’re doing well at etc. Bottom line is this place is awesome and you should try it!
