Before you start group classes you get to work one on one with a coach to learn the fundamentals in a safe and controlled environment. 


We want to offer you a FREE one on one trial session for you to come to see what CrossFit and Renegade Fitness are all about. 


This session is completely risk-free, no strings attached, no credit cards down, you show up, have a great workout and see if CrossFit will be a good fit for you.

All you have to do is:

1. Click the book a free trial button
2. Select one of our locations

3. Select “Have done” or “Have NOT done CrossFit” depending on your experience
4. Select a day that suits you for your trial and click to see our availability for either morning, afternoon or evening sessions
5. Select your time slot and follow the prompts to enter your details 

It’s that easy. If you wish to bring a friend they are welcome to join you for your session.

Your session will be personalised to your current fitness level. It doesn’t matter if you have never stepped foot in a gym in your entire life or if you have been training for 10+ years.

*If you have done CrossFit and feel confident in your ability then you can go straight into a group class for a trial if you wish.
