I usually don’t do reviews but my god, Renegade Fitness is the place to be with whatever your fitness level is. Only done two classes so far, absolutely love it, and no turning back from here. Everyone is super welcoming and I know i am in good hands with the coaches there

This place is the bomb, I first walked in not knowing anyone or even much about CrossFit and Zak and the rest of the crew made me feel welcome like a family member. I’ve been hitting the 4:30pm classes which are generally busy times but the trainers still manage to prompt everyone individually on things they can improve on, what they’re doing well at etc. The bottom line is this place is awesome and you should try it!

I do the midday class most days. The WOD’s are always fun with the coaches providing feedback, encouragement and tech assistance. My oly lifting, gymnastics and fitness are massively improved because of these guys. There is always a lot of fun with good chat and banter. I highly recommend Renegade Fitness for any level of fitness that wants to improve.

Great coaches and classes. Love going to CrossFit and not only feeling like I’ve had a successful workout, but the community feeling is like something I haven’t experienced in a gym.
