The strength program will be focussing on the Strict Press (Mondays), Back Squat (Tuesdays), Deadlift (Wednesdays), and Bench Press (Thursdays).

The strength program follows a linear progression for our main lifts. Accessory work will focus on unilateral, isometric, tempo, and core work.
